VIDHIPRAGYNA KARNATAKA NGO, INDIA having two wings/organs.
The major organ of the NGO , where more than 500 + Law students , Teachers , Doctors, General Public are availing free legal knowledge through online law classes. VPK Law Academy providing Civil Judge Examination Coaching for Lawyers VPK Law Academy imparted one year free judicial coaching for lawyers is the major achievement. The main object of conducting judicial service coaching to law students is to build law students not only as lawyers after completion of their law course but to pursue Judicial Career and to meet the dearth/scarcity of Judges in lower and Higher Judiciary. Past back 15 years there were no such Judicial Service Examination Training Institutes which gives coaching for law students with respect to judiciary as many of the law students who had a dream to become Judge there was no such institute or organisation as such the said NGO had started Online Judicial Coaching to law students and specifically focusing on Rural Law Students. As such the Paid Training Classes is given both in Kannada and English Lanquage. To bring more knowledge to students on every Saturday’s Special Webinar Programme is also conducted. Saturday’s and Sunday’s Special Lecture programme will be conducted online where Noted Advocates , Judges, Professor of Law are being invited across all the parts of the Country to share their valuable knowledge.
VIDHIPRAGYNA LEGAL AID is another major organ/wing of the NGO. The main function of this wing is to provide free legal assistance by way of Legal Aid programmes in Rural Areas and specially to cater the legal needs of vulnerable sections of the society. There are certain category of law students who urge for obtaining practical legal knowledge as such for those category of students this wing provides an opportunity to interact with people and make them to give necessary legal advice with guidance of able advocates and if it necessary to file suits/complaints before appropriate forum to redress grievance as the students extend their support in drafting complaints/petitions to probono lawyers attached to the said NGO. To motivate the litigants to go for Settlement Outside the Court and through Lokadalats , Propagating the services provided Karnataka State Legal Service Authority , District and Taluk Legal Service Authority and Co- ordinate with them in striving to reduce the burden of courts in disposal of huge quantum of cases etc. In this way this wing function in the best interest of poor and vulnerable sections of people.
In our NGO we do take all measures and ensure all the category of citizens like Teachers , Doctors , Engineers , Business & Management Professionals , Senior Citizens , Children and Women , All category/discpline of Students, Common Man etc. to know and understand the basic aspects of law in co-ordination with various Department of Karnataka , NGO’s , Community Associations and Organisation and strive to build legal conscious society.
NGO has a strong and vibrant Legal Team consists of several probono lawyers, law students and activists from Bangalore and all across Karnataka they have shown interest to work with NGO Activities .
